What’s the Dress Code?

Answer

Formal attire on our wedding day! For women this means a floor length dress with heels, for men this means a suit and tie.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Since our venue only allows for 40 people, plus one’s are not permitted unless stated otherwise on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but kids are not allowed. Sandals is an adult only resort, they do not allow children on the property.

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture our special day for us! We’re having an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones so everyone can be in the moment. We will post the photos as soon as we get them!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:30 in order to give yourself plenty of time to find your seat before the ceremony starts! After 5:00pm guests will not be allowed in the venue until the ceremony is over.

Do we have to stay on Sandals property?

Answer

Our venue requires all guests to stay at a Sandals resort, they were very clear there are no exceptions.

How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Sandals offers a free shuttle service to their resorts from the airport! It takes anywhere from 90 minutes to 120 minutes to get to the hotel, it is strongly recommended to take Dramamine if you are prone to car sickness, the driver will stop if needed.

Are the travel dates flexible?

Answer

The dates you need to be in St. Lucia are April 7th 2027 - April 10th 2027!! If you wanted to stay longer you would need to contact Trenton and tell him when you are booking the hotel, otherwise you will automatically be booked for those dates

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes!! Please make sure your passport is valid for 6 months after our wedding date.

How do we book the hotel?

Answer

We have a room block reserved for our Guests from April 7th 2027 - April 10th 2027! Call or text Trenton to book your room and for more details! (850)-933-4465

What airport do we fly into?

Answer

UVF is the St. Lucia Airport code you will fly into, please do not book connecting flights with less than one hour and twenty minutes in between flights. All airlines only fly to St. Lucia once a day, if you were to misconnect you would have to be rebooked for the next day and miss wedding events!

Can we choose the room we stay in?

Answer

Room upgrades are available if you choose to do so, however it will have to be at the Sandals Resort we have the room block for. Contact Trenton for more information upon booking.

Are flights included with the resort price?

Answer

No, you will be responsible for booking your own flights to and from St. Lucia. Arrival date being April 7th 2027 and departure date being April 10th 2027! Sydney is more than happy to answer any flight questions you have and give route recommendations!
