Sydney and Trenton met senior year in their first period history class, at Lawton Chiles High School. They went to the same elementary, middle and high school, but had never crossed paths until then. Shortly after meeting, on December 26th, 2018 they became high school sweethearts. After seven years of dating and growing up together, they have decided to tie the knot. College brought four years of long distance, with Sydney in Jacksonville, Florida and Trenton in Greenwood, South Carolina. Through miles, FaceTimes, and long car rides, they built a relationship rooted in commitment and trust. When Sydney became a flight attendant and was based in Miami, Trenton joined her. It was then, they were able to close the distance for good, after 5 years. When it came time to propose, Trenton wrote a series of eight letters to Sydney over the course of a year that spelled out “Marry Me?”. When it was time, the final letter was set up on a beach picnic, days after their seven year anniversary. Trenton then got down on one knee and of course, Sydney said yes! Sydney and Trenton currently live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with their two kitties, Winston and Theodore. They can’t wait to celebrate their love with you in St. Lucia!
