Are dogs allowed?

While we are a dog-loving family, our wedding weekend will have only one V(ery) I(mportant) P(et) in attendance: our one and only super Nova girl.

Will there be transportation provided for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes! Please be sure to indicate when you RSVP that you would like shuttle transportation from North River to Lake George and back again. If you have already RSVP'd and need to edit your response, please reach out to (wedding email address?)

Will there be transportation to and from the venue for the wedding?

Answer

If you are staying at another hotel or residence within 15 miles of Garnet Hill Lodge, there will be shuttle transportation to the Lodge and back to your location on the wedding day. If you need this service, please be sure to mark that on your RSVP. If you have already answered and need to make a change please email, (wedding email).

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Be sure to program the address for Garnet Hill Lodge into your GPS, and it will bring you directly to the venue's main building (the log house). If you are arriving closer to the start of the event, you may need to use the two auxiliary lots. Please check back here for more details closer to the wedding.

What is the attire for the weekend?

What we hope most is that you feel comfortable in what you choose to wear to join us in celebration, but if you're looking for direction, see below. Welcome Party: Bowling Alley Casual (jeans, corduroys, band shirts, or whatever you feel cool and comfortable in; bowling shirts encouraged!) Breakfast & Hiking at Garnet Hill: Casual (seasonal hiking gear encouraged if you want to explore the trails on the property) Wedding: Funky (Semi) Formal (colorful, fun, unique with an autumn twist; Lord of the Rings and Hobbit-inspired looks welcome!) Farewell Breakfast & Putt Putt: Casual (Comfy clothes for your trip home totally okay!)
