Our Story + Name

The Wedding Website of Alexandra Jean Fester and Cody Joseph Sayre Williams

From Alex's perspective

We met on Hinge in 2023 and had our first date on 3/3/23. Cody had just moved to Columbus from PR, and I had been living and working in Columbus since graduating from OSU in 2019. I wasn't looking for anything serious at the time, but Cody quickly captured my heart and attention. Since then, we've slowly merged our lives and started a new life together. I never knew I could feel love and happiness like this. I am so thankful that Cody is my soulmate. Every day with him is a dream. Even on hard days, I know everything will be okay because we will get through it together. We live in an apartment in Harrison West with our 2 sweet pups, Chichi and Calvin. Cody works full-time as an Investment Analyst, and I am a full-time CRNA student. Life has been busy lately, but we support and encourage each other to work hard and achieve our shared dreams. We enjoy running together, walking/playing with Chi & Cal, experiencing new adventures, and cozy weekends at home.

The Fayre name

We are changing our last names to Fayre. Fayre is a combination of Fester and Sayre, which represent family lines that we want to honor and preserve while simultaneously establishing something new of our own.
