Question

Parking/getting to the venue

Answer

Free lot parking is available at the venue. Uber/rideshare apps service the area. If you are staying at the Marriott Courtyard, there will be shuttles to and from the venue. The entire event will be held at Oak Grove at Jorgensen Farms. If you need mobility assistance or other accommodations, please contact either one of us.

Kids under 10

Answer

A kids' room and kids' meals will be available for young guests under 10. Kids as young as 2 months are allowed. The kids' room is on-site, steps away from the ceremony space, in the reception building. Kids under 10 are not permitted in the ceremony space or in the reception until after the couple's first dance. Guests over age 10 are by invitation only.

Phones/pictures

Answer

At the ceremony, please keep phones/cameras away and on silent. The photographer will take plenty of pictures, and we will make them available to everyone online once we get them back. We want to enjoy this magical moment with you!

Timing your arrival to the ceremony

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. We suggest arriving by 4:45 pm. You may arrive as early as 4:30 pm to grab a beverage and enjoy the grounds prior to the start of the ceremony.

Food & drink allergies/restrictions

Answer

There will be different meal options when you fill out your RSVP, and space to note any dietary restrictions or allergies. Alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and other non-alcoholic refreshments will be served.
