Are we allowed to bring a plus 1?

Answer

Due to the size of the cabin and the intimacy of the weekend, attendance is limited to the names listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, they are absolutely welcome. If it does not, we are unable to accommodate additional plus-ones. We promise this was one of the hardest parts of planning, and we truly appreciate your understanding

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we want this weekend to be relaxing and intimate for everyone attending. This will be an adults-only celebration, and we will not be able to accommodate children.

Why do you need my license plate?

Answer

The cabin is in a gated community that requires all vehicle information in advance. We will need: Full name Phone number License plate number State No plate submitted = no gate access.

What should I pack?

October weather can go either way, so bring layers! For the ceremony: Dress / suit attire + appropriate shoes For the pool & hot tub: Swimsuit + sandals For exploring: Sneakers and comfy clothes (there’s a lake and walking trails) For lounging: Cozy cabin clothes + pajamas For going out: Casual cute outfits Basically — pack for warm days, cool nights, relaxing vibes, and one dressed-up moment

Do I need to bring food?

Answer

Since this is a full weekend getaway, we’re asking everyone to bring their own drinks and contribute food for the cabin. Think of it as a cozy group vacation — we’ll coordinate meals closer to the date so everyone knows what to bring. Bring your favorite snacks, breakfast items, and any beverages you’ll want throughout the weekend. We’ll make sure no one goes hungry!

Do I have to stay at the cabin the entire time?

Answer

Not at all! While we’d love for everyone to stay and enjoy the full weekend with us, we understand that schedules and comfort levels vary. You’re welcome to come for part of the weekend — we just ask that you let us know your plans in advance so we can coordinate rooms and gate access properly.
