When is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP by Saturday, January 10th, 2026! If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that your response is a "no."

How do I RSVP?

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be formal — with a fantasy twist. 🚫 What Not to Wear No jeans, sneakers, T-shirts, or orc armor. Save the battle gear for Mordor — this is a celebration fit for a kingdom! Guests are encouraged to dress as if they’ve just stepped out of a fairytale, a grand adventure, or a magical kingdom. That could mean elegant gowns, flowing capes, velvet coats, crowns, cloaks, or subtle fantasy-inspired accessories that make you feel like you belong in Middle-earth or Cair Paravel. If fantasy attire isn’t your style, classic formal wear is absolutely welcome too! (A touch of magic is all we ask!) We want everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate in our enchanted world — whether you’re channeling an elf from Rivendell, a noble from Narnia, or simply bringing your best formal look with a hint of magic. In short: formal, but make it fantastical.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving by 3:30pm! There is parking on site so there is no need to worry about transportation!

Yes! We will be serving a feast for dinner and dessert!

Will there be an open bar/alcohol?

In this chapter of our story—nope! We’ll be having a dry wedding. But don’t worry… we promise amazing food, fun, and enough magic in the air that no one will miss the potions. This is a personal choice for our celebration, and we appreciate everyone honoring it with us. We can’t wait to celebrate together!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We have a hotel block booked at the Hilton Garden Inn! This hotel is about 30 minutes from the venue! Rate: $119/night Reservations can be made: 1. On an individual call-in basis by calling 1-417-875-8800 and asking for the Fox-Allen Wedding group block at the Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, MO. Our reservation block is reserved until Wednesday, January 14th, 2026. After that, it will be open to all regular hotel guests. So, please book by that deadline if you wish to stay at the hotel. Rooms may be available after January 14th, but we cannot guarantee it.
