Will there be a ceremony?

Due to limited space, our ceremony will be a private celebration with immediate family only, but we’re so excited to celebrate with all of you at the reception!

Think semi-formal or cocktail attire, but most importantly, dress comfortably so you can dance the night away!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only reception so everyone can relax and enjoy a fun evening of celebration with us!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, with our wedding taking place during peak season in Traverse City, we’re unable to reserve a room block for guests. You’ll find hotel suggestions on our ‘Travel’ page, but please feel free to stay wherever works best for you. We also recommend checking Airbnb or Vrbo for great rental options. Be sure to book early, as accommodations fill up quickly this time of year! We know that traveling for a destination wedding is a big ask, and we’re beyond grateful for your love and support!

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can accommodate all of our loved ones, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. Thank you so much for understanding!

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our celebration will take place in both indoor and outdoor spaces (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be held outside, followed by dinner served indoors.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue, including designated handicap spaces. Please mention “Fadden Wedding” when you arrive for valet parking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please be sure to let us know in advance.
