Question

How is COVID-19 going to affect the wedding?

Answer

As of 3/7/22 the County of Santa Clara has lifted all mask mandates. However, masks are still highly encouraged, especially in the bathrooms and other areas where you may be closely gathered. The majority of our wedding will be held outside. The reception will be in the barn and surrounding outside areas. Vaccinations and/or testing are also highly encouraged for the safety of all guests but are not required at this time. If you are feeling unwell or have known COVID exposure prior to the wedding, we kindly ask that you let us know and please not attend. We will continue to monitor the COVID situation as the wedding date approaches and provide any updates here.

Question

Is the wedding really on a Monday?

Answer

Yes, the wedding is really on a Monday.

Question

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

While we’d love to have your whole family attend, our guest list is limited to those indicated in your RSVP only due to capacity limits set by the venue.

Question

What should I wear in the mountains?

Answer

Garden Party Attire It is highly recommended that you do not wear heels, but rather flats or sandals that are comfy to walk and dance in. There will definitely be some walking (including on dirt uphill and downhill paths) and dinner will be held on the lawn. Even on the hottest days it can get chilly at night in the mountains. We recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket just in case.

Question

How do I get to Nestldown?

Answer

We will no longer be offering a shuttle to and from Nestldown due to COVID. There is plenty of complimentary parking on site. Keep in mind that there may be commuter traffic in the afternoons, even at 3pm. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time. Uber and Lyft are great options to get to Nestldown but may be difficult on the way back since the venue is up in the mountains and cellphone service may be limited. Please use the map below rather than your cell phone or car GPS, as you may lose reception and could get lost. Question

Is smoking allowed at Nestldown?

Answer
