The RSVP deadline is April 30, 2023. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any RSVPS after 04/30/23. Even if you can't attend, as a courtesy we still ask that you send a response. Online RSVP is acceptable as well.
We understand that things slip our mind, but if you were sent an RSVP and forgot to reply or misplaced it please reach out to the bride before 4/30/23. If it is after 4/30/23, due to trying to keep to the correct guest count, you may not be able to be accommodated.
We understand emergencies and other unplanned duties may arise. We do ask that if you RSVP and for some reason are no longer able to make it, please reach out to the bride via phone and/or text as soon as possible.
If your spouse and/or plus one is unable to make it and you are either still attending solo OR are no longer able to attend - please reach out to the bride via phone and/or text.
We ask that only those who were sent a plus one with their invitation bring the listed guest.
We're only inviting a specific amount of people and if you're plus one is unable to come, we would still like for you to come solo. Please let the bride know of any changes in advance.
While we love your little ones, other than those included in the wedding party, our wedding will be an ADULTS ONLY (with exception of a few teens) event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can come celebrate with us.
Even though we LOVE pictures, our wedding will be an unplugged ceremony. We appreciate if you place your phones/ringers on silent and do not take any pictures or recordings. We have invested a lot of money into a photographer and videographer and we trust that they will capture each precious moment and small detail! You're however welcome to take as many pictures as you would like at the reception.
Yes! AFTER the wedding ceremony you are welcome to post photos on social media. We do ask that you do not record or post videos on social media during the wedding or of the wedding and PLEASE include our wedding hashtag #HappilyHodges so that we can keep up with the memories! Also, please make sure to use our Snapchat filter as we have made investment into this for your use.
Ultimately, we ask that each guest be tested at least 2 weeks prior to the ceremony, testing is free at the moment and takes about 5 minutes of your day but we do understand we cannot force testing, so we do ask if you are NOT FULLY vaccinated, please wear a mask. Those that are FULLY vaccinated, masks are optional. In addition, if you are experiencing ANY COVID-19 symptoms please contact the bride ASAP and DO NOT attend. Of course, we would love to have you in attendance but to protect others that we love and care so much about, we respectfully ask that you stay home. Masks will not be provided.
The wedding colors are: NAVY BLUE, EMERALD GREEN/DARK GREEN, CHAMPAGNE AND GOLD.
