We recommend walking the Sky Bridge, taking the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, or taking a boat down the river. Bring your passport if you want cross over into Canada or see the falls from the Canadian side. It only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to cross the border.
No bar in East Aurora is more iconic than the Bar Bill. We recommend you try their wings or the Beef on Weck, a Buffalo staple! Just remember to bring cash since they haven't updated their system to accept credit cards.
If you saw our engagement photos then you're looking at Letchworth State Park! If you have free time, and have already visited Niagara Falls, then we recommend visiting this state park. Called the Grand Canyon of the North it has 3 waterfalls and wonderful views.
A historic hotel in East Aurora, you can stay at the hotel or visit for brunch or dinner. Located across the street is the Copper Shop Gallery where you will find various works of art crafted by members of the community.
As classic as it gets, Vidler's has everything from candy and board games to clothes and East Aurora gear. A mandatory stop for my family anytime we are on Main Street, Vidler's can keep you occupied for hours!
At the end of this hike you will find a waterfall that houses an eternal flame. Don't ask me how it stays lit with water pouring on it, but it's a short hike with great views!
