When is the RSVP deadline?

Please kindly RSVP by May 1st using our website. We’ve made it easy to respond online, but if you have any trouble at all, just let us know!

How will Gus Macker affect my visit?

Answer

If you plan to stay at a hotel or Airbnb that weekend, we highly recommend booking as early as possible due to the Gus Macker tournament. Accommodations may be limited, and rates are likely to increase as the date approaches. Parking on the day of the event should not be an issue, as the venue offers limited onsite parking along with free street parking nearby. We suggest arriving a few minutes early, just to be safe.

Are children invited?

Our celebration is mostly adults-only, with the exception of a few special kids in our lives. Please check your invitation carefully — if your child is invited, their name will be listed. If your invitation is addressed to “The [Last Name] Family,” then your children are welcome too.

Can I bring a date/plus-one?

Answer

We wish we could host everyone! We’re only able to accommodate the guests addressed on your invitation. If a plus-one is included, your invitation will list their name or “Guest.” If you don’t see an additional name or “Guest,” we’re celebrating with just you. Thank you for understanding!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything—ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—will be completely indoors and at the same location. No weather worries or tricky terrain, so wear whatever shoes make you happiest and plan to dance!
