To ensure we can provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone, and due to wedding restrictions, we kindly request that only those listed on the RSVP be in attendance. We’ve carefully planned the guest list to create a space where everyone can connect and celebrate together. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we’re so grateful to have you join us for this special day. Our dress code is formal, funky, and fun! It's black tie optional, so feel free to wear a suit, tux, long dress, or cocktail dress — and don’t forget to add lots of color! Think bold, vibrant, and fabulous! We want this to be an evening where YOU can shine and look your best. Just a friendly reminder, please skip the boots and jeans. We want to let all of you know that the bridesmaids will be wearing various shades of pink (but this does not mean you cannot)! And as always, please avoid all shades of white, cream, and ivory! Let’s make this celebration as stylish and joyful as possible. We can’t wait to see your amazing outfits shining on the dance floor!
In order to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for everyone, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, unless otherwise noted on your invite. You will see exactly who is invited to our wedding when you RSVP. We hope you understand, and we’re so excited to celebrate with you!
Please note that our ceremony and reception will be held at two separate locations, and guests will need to arrange their own transportation between the venues. The drive is no longer than 5 minutes and both venues have plenty of parking. The ceremony will take place at Crossroads Church 6901 TX-191 Frontage Rd. Odessa, TX 79765. The reception will take place at the Odessa Country Club #1 Fairway Dr. Odessa, TX 79765. We recommend planning ahead to make sure you don’t miss a moment of the celebration! We can’t wait to see you there!
We know all too well how brutal the West Texas heat can be, and we want everyone to feel cool and comfortable as we celebrate this special day. So, we’ve made the decision to host our entire wedding completely indoors! This way, you can enjoy every moment of the ceremony, reception, and dancing! No need to worry about the heat—just come ready to have fun and celebrate with us in the perfect, comfortable setting. We can’t wait to share this day with you!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm on May 31st. We will open the doors to the chapel for guests to be seated no earlier than 4:50pm. We kindly ask that you be in your seat by 5:20pm to ensure our ceremony can start on time. If you arrive after 5:20pm, you will be asked to meet us at the Odessa Country Club to celebrate with us at our reception.
