Floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxedos or dark suits are appropriate. The ceremony is outdoors — stylish but sensible shoes recommended.
Guests can arrive as early as 1:00 p.m. and drop their bags off at check-in. Note: Your rooms will not be accessible until later in the afternoon, so please arrive dressed and ready for the ceremony. However, there is a dressing room area should you wish to freshen up. 2:00 p.m.: Ceremony (biodegradable confetti will be provided) 3:00 p.m.: Cocktail Hour 4:00 p.m.: Guests who are staying on premises can check into their rooms and freshen up before dinner 4:30 p.m.: Wedding Breakfast 7:00 p.m.: Tea and Coffee hour 8:00 p.m.: Party kicks off 9:45 p.m.: Late night snack 12:00 a.m.: Party ends * Guests who aren't staying at the venue should make arrangements with a taxi company in advance to ensure that they have transportation from the venue to their hotel after the party ends.
