This is the hotel where the reception and after party will be held! If our block is full when you go to book, send us an email to be notified as soon as we've added more rooms. The block is available for December 30th, 2026 to January 1, 2027. You must book by December 2, 2026 to secure the block rate. NOTE: Verify the dates you are booking, as there are more rooms available for the December 30 to January 1 timeframe.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

This is the airport we most recommend. It is closest to the city, flying into Arlington, VA, and is accessible by public transportation to the hotel in about 30 minutes via the Metro!

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Dulles is located about 35 minutes from the city by car, or around an hour by Metro.

Baltimore / Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)

BWI is another local airport, but the furthest from the city located outside of Baltimore, Maryland. It is about an hour drive to the venue, and is also accessible by the MARC commuter train or the Amtrak train into Union Station.
