There’s no shortage of things to do while you’re in town! From charming downtown Franklin to all the excitement of Nashville just 20 minutes away, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Below are some of our favorite local spots and recommendations to help you make the most of your weekend!

Restaurants Walking Distance to Hotel

Franklin, TN 37067

Neighbors Franklin is a sports bar that is a great spot to grab casual drinks and food. North Italia is one of our favorite spots for pasta, pizza, and cocktails in a fun atmosphere. Blue Sushi Sake Grill is a great spot for sushi, cocktails, and happy hour with a fun atmosphere. Culinary Dropout is known for its elevated comfort food, craft cocktails, and lively atmosphere with live music and a fun social vibe. Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is one of our favorite dessert spots for unique ice cream flavors and sweet treats — perfect for an after-dinner stop!

The Factory at Franklin

The Factory at Franklin is a historic factory turned local gathering spot filled with restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, live music, and events. It’s a great place to walk around, grab a drink or meal, and enjoy the Franklin atmosphere. A few of our favorites include Mojo's Tacos, Edley's Bar-B-Que and Hattie B's Hot Chicken. Fun fact: this is one of the only Hattie B's Hot Chicken location in the area that serves breakfast!

Franklin Downtown Historic District

301 Public Square, Franklin, TN 37064

A charming historic downtown area filled with local shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and live music. Perfect for walking around and exploring! Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant is a classic Tennessee spot known for Southern comfort food and live music. Gray's on Main is a popular rooftop bar and restaurant with great cocktails and a lively atmosphere. Frothy Monkey is a cozy local coffee shop and brunch favorite right in the heart of downtown. Mellow Mushroom is a fun, casual pizza spot great for groups and laid-back dinners. JJ's Wine Bar is a cozy wine bar in downtown Franklin with great wine, cocktails, and small plates.

Downtown Nashville

Broadway, Nashville, TN

For our most adventurous guests ready to brave the Broadway crowds and experience all that downtown Nashville has to offer, here are a few of our favorite spots! The Stage is a classic Broadway honky tonk with live country music all day and night. Robert's Western World is an iconic Nashville bar known for traditional country music, fried bologna sandwiches, and old-school Broadway vibes. Acme Feed & Seed is a multi-level spot with live music, drinks, and one of the best rooftop views downtown. Tin Roof is a lively bar with live music, casual food, and a fun party atmosphere. The Listening Room Cafe – One of our favorite spots to hear talented songwriters perform in a more intimate setting. Tennessee Brew Works is a local brewery with craft beer, live music, and great food close to downtown. Fifth + Broadway is a popular downtown food hall with tons of great food and drink options all in one place.

Nashville is more than just Broadway!

Nashville, TN

Tailgate Brewery Headquarters is great for beer and pizza. It is also where we had our first date! If you don't want to make the drive the one in the airport is just as good! Hermitage Golf Course is a great public course on the east side of town but be warned tee times book 3 months in advance! Radnor Lake is great for a casual hike or bird watching! Bad Axe Throwing is our recommendation for you guessed it, axe throwing! PuttShack is a fun mini indoor mini golf course with good food and drinks! The Putting Zone or PopStroke are for your more serious putting course players! Pins Mechanical Co. is fun hangout spot with duckpin bowling, arcade games, pinball, and outdoor games.
