Shuttle Pickup

To make transportation easy, shuttles will be available from the hotels in our room block to the venue and back at the end of the evening. Please be in the lobby by 3:45 PM, as shuttles will depart promptly at 4:00 PM.

Wedding Day Timeline: 4:00–4:30 PM — Guests Arrive & Get Settled Grab a drink, say hello, and find your seat! 4:30–5:00 PM — Ceremony We say “I do!” 💍 5:00–6:00 PM — Cocktail Hour Cocktails, appetizers, and celebration begin! 6:00–7:00 PM — Dinner & Toasts Dinner is served, followed by speeches from some of our favorite people. 7:00–10:00 PM — Dancing & Party Time Join us on the dance floor as we celebrate the night away!

This event is completely optional, but we’d love one more chance to celebrate with all of our favorite people.
