Shuttle Service

The venue is approximately 25 minutes from Carlsbad Village. Shuttles will begin boarding at 3:30pm and depart no later than 3:45pm. There will be one wave of departing shuttles, all leaving in this window, so please plan to arrive early. Shuttles will depart near 180 Oak Ave, the south side street next to the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort, and directly across from the SpringHill Inn Suites. The shuttles will begin making return trips to the same location at 9pm. The later buses will go to the after-party location first, before returning to the hotels.

Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort

The bride & groom will be staying at this charming, beachfront hotel. It will also be the pick-up and drop-off location for shuttle service. It is directly across the street from the other hotels listed below, and within a 5 minute walk of all other weekend festivities. Our wedding block is unfortunately full and cannot be increased, but there may still be availability.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott

Located directly across the street from the Carlsbad Beach Inn Resort, SpringHill Suites offers ocean views and a rooftop lounge. Each room comes equipped with a fold-out couch. This SpringHill Suites location does not offer courtesy blocks, but pricing is similar to the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort.

Ocean Palms Beach Resort

The Ocean Palms resort is a kitschy, Hawaiian-themed hotel with condo-style rooms arranged around a central courtyard and pool. It is located next door to the Carlsbad Beach Inn Resort, and is a five minute walk from the wedding day transportation. While there is no official room block at this property, you can use our code for a 10% discount when booking.
