When Should I Arrive?
Answer
The Ceremony will promptly start at 4:00pm. We will be taking photos before the ceremony around the venue so please arrive no earlier than 3:15pm and no later than 3:45pm.

What Should I Wear?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. Please no white clothing, jeans, or shorts.

Is there Parking at the Venue?
Answer
Yes there is a parking lot at the venue. Guests are allowed to keep their cars there overnight if needed to pick up the next day.

Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?
Answer
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony and don't take any pictures. However, we would love to see your pictures from the reception! We encourage guests to take photos & videos throughout the night! There will be QR codes, allowing our guests to upload photos to our personal album.

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be inside! The guest seating for the ceremony is on pea gravel - ladies should be cautious of their shoe selection.

Is There Transportation To And From The Hotel?
Answer
Yes! We want our guests to have a fun and safe night. There will be a shuttle between our venue and the hotels in Ankeny. However, there will NOT be a bus shuttling to the Qube Hotel in Polk City. There will be one trip to the venue before the ceremony & 2 trips at the end of the night. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Bus arrives to hotel: 2:50pm Bus leaves hotel: 3:10pm Bus arrives to venue: 3:40pm Bus trip #1 back to hotel: 9:30pm Bus trip #2 back to hotel: 11pm

What If I Don't RSVP?
Answer
To help us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by May 4th. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, you will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope you understand!

Can I Bring A Date?

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We respectfully request that you not bring or request to add additional guests.

Are Children Welcome?
Answer
While we adore your children, our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us. This will be a 21+ event.

You may RSVP directly through this websites “RSVP” page by typing in your name.

Do You Have Any Hotel Recommendations?
Answer
Check out the "Travel" tab for hotel room details. We have 3 room blocks but there are many additional options in Ankeny, Ames, and Grimes which are close to the venue as well.
