We encourage guests staying overnight to book hotel rooms as soon as possible. Our wedding will coincide with UW Madison move-in weekend so hotels will be busier than usual and we may reach the capacity of available rooms as it gets closer!

It's an easy walk to several restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Price: $199/night Parking: $40/day valet only Perks: Breakfast & evening reception drinks included

Click the "View" link below to access our room block rate. For our Marriott Loyalists: this hotel is a bit further away but still walkable to our venue and all the other perks of the Capital Square. Price: $249/night Parking: $35/day valet only Breakfast: $15/person The room block will lock on July 15, 2026. Make sure to book your room before then!
Flight
Fly into Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). The airport is a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Madison, Uber is easily available!
Travel Note
Our city is very walkable and parking around the capital square can be quite tight! For guests flying into Madison, we would not recommend rental cars as most places are reachable on foot and Ubers are very accessible. If you will be driving to the hotel, there are several public parking garages around our blocked hotels and venue if you would like to avoid valet fees!
