What will the weather be like?
Answer
Late October in upstate New York typically brings crisp fall weather. We recommend bringing a jacket or wrap, especially for any outdoor moments!

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress to impress in semi-formal attire—but keep in mind, you may be strolling across grass and pebble paths, so choose your shoes with care. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing sage green or maroon, as these are the colors of the bridal and groom parties. Thank you for helping us make the wedding party stand out!

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
Answer
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! If you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we would be so grateful. We are not registering for traditional gifts, as we’re looking forward to experiences over things.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm so please arrive 15–30 minutes early to find your seat and settle in.

Where is the venue and how do I get there?
Answer
The wedding will take place at Pond Hill Pavilion. There is parking on-site and a shuttle will be provided from the Desmond Hotel. Ride shares also work well!

When will the shuttle leave?
Answer
We will be updating this page as we get closer to the wedding day with details of shuttle times from the hotel to the venue as well as when the shuttle will pick guests up from the venue to return to the hotel!
