We first met on a work call—one of those video meetings where the host was running late, and both of us were brand new to the company. Just the two of us sitting there, waiting, we started talking. It was nothing fancy—just a few minutes of small talk—but it felt easy, natural, like we already knew each other somehow. Neither of us forgot it. A few months later, we matched on a dating app. We both had that moment of “Wait… don’t I know you?” That tiny, random conversation from our first meeting came rushing back—and this time, the timing was just right. What started as a funny coincidence quickly turned into late-night phone calls, weekend adventures, and the kind of love that feels both exciting and steady. Our first trip together was to Burlington, Vermont—a weekend full of craft breweries, exploring the city, and nonstop laughter. It was one of those magical trips where everything just clicked. Three years later, we returned to that very same place, and at our favorite brewery from that trip, he got down on one knee and proposed. It was perfect—personal, meaningful, and full-circle. In the years we’ve been together, we’ve built a life full of love, laughter, and adventure. We spend as much time as we can outdoors—jet-skiing on the lake, playing pickleball, or diving into new house projects. Whether we’re traveling or just hanging out at home, we love how easy it is to be together. We accept each other completely, quirks and all, and find joy in the everyday moments. Life is just better when we’re together. And we can’t wait to keep writing this story—side by side, with love, laughter, and lots more adventures to come.
