For our out of town guests that will be flying in, please arrange flights into MSP for the weekend. You can rent a car on-site, or pre-book online. The venue is approximately 45 minutes from the airport.
Hotel
We have a large block of rooms reserved here at a discounted rate and will have a shuttle service running to and from this hotel. The block has rooms available for both Friday and Saturday night. Any rooms not booked 90 days out from the wedding (June 26, 2025) will be released by the hotel for booking by the general public. The block has King, Double Queen, King Suite, and Double Queen Suite rooms available. Shuttle
September 27, 2025 2:30 pm - 12:00 am
Shuttles will be running from both Treasure Island Resort and Holiday Inn Red Wing to the venue before the ceremony and after dinner. The pre-ceremony shuttles will leave at 3:30pm and 3:45pm from both hotels, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. If you miss the shuttle, please plan to drive to the venue and take the shuttle back in the evening if needed. Cars may stay overnight at the venue. Shuttle service will resume after dinner and run the remainder of the night. The last shuttle will leave the venue at the conclusion of the reception! Pre-ceremony shuttle times: 3:30pm & 3:45pm from Treasure Island AND Holiday Inn Red Wing Post-dinner shuttle times: 9:00pm, 10:00pm, 11:00pm, 12:00am back to both hotels.
Rental Car
Uber, Lyft and late-night taxi services are not available in the Cannon Falls/Red Wing/Hastings area. Please plan to drive or take the provided shuttles.
