Can I take pictures?

Answer

We PLEAD that you do NOT get in the way of our photographer and videographer crew... we want the professional pictures to be as amazing as possible. If they have a shot lined up - do not get in the way, we promise we will send/post pictures when we get them back. We have paid a lot of money for them to capture moments so that you can relax and soak it all in. Please feel free to take as many as you want during reception and cocktail hour!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As indicated on your invitation, please be sure your RSVP includes them! This way we can ensure they have a seat and a meal :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30PM. So please arrive early enough for you to find everything and get a seat. The view of the Mississippi River is gorgeous from the Summit Room, enjoy!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, but be sure your RSVP includes them so we can account for seating and children's meals! Please note at this time we will not be providing any child care.

Of course! Please do so when you RSVP for the reception.

What is Cocktail/Semi-Formal Attire?

Answer

A small step above semiformal though not as formal as black-tie optional or formal. It's a balance between elegant and comfortable, and typically is more formal than a day wedding but more casual than a night celebration.

Where should I park?

Answer

The St. James Hotel, where the ceremony & reception will be held, has complimentary parking for all guests & visitors. Find the structure attached to the hotel off of Bush Street.

What if I RSVP'd "yes" but plans changed and I can no longer attend?

Answer

We totally understand that plans change and will miss seeing you! If you need to change your RSVP to "decline" please call or text Chad or Ashley ASAP so that we can make appropriate adjustments.

Will there be a virtual ceremony option?

Answer

Yes! We understand that our wedding is quite a bit of travel for many of our friends & family. We want to be as inclusive as possible! We will be sure to send out the Zoom invitation when it is created as we get closer. Stay up to date with this website for more info as well
