A favorite hotel of ours and where our welcome party is located: Newport Harbor Island Resort on Goat Island is less than a mile from wedding venue but we'll have transportation to the venue! The Viking Trolley will depart promptly at 4:10 PM from the parking garage area on the hotel property and dropoff directly at the Bohlin Venue. Return transportation will not be provided, but there are plenty of options including Uber, pedicabs, and hotel-supported bus service. Downtown Newport Hotels: Hammetts Hotel, Hotel Viking, The Vanderbilt, Newport Harbor Hotel, Newport Bay Club & Hotel, The Marriott, The Brenton Hotel, Club Wyndham, Forty 1 North (all are various locations along Thames) **These hotels may be more expensive, but they are most convenient as you can walk to the ceremony and reception** Please note there will also be transportation from the Viking Hotel to the venue. The Viking Trolley will depart promptly at 4:40 PM from the front of the hotel and dropoff will be at the Bohlin Venue. Return transportation will not be provided, but there are plenty of options including Uber, pedicabs, and hotel-supported bus service.
