What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving at least 45 minutes prior to 3pm is advised. There will be a slide show of the couple which will be shown at 2:44 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and the doors will be closed once the ceremony begins. If you are not in your seat prior to the ceremony starting, you will have to wait outside until the bride reaches the altar or take your seat in the balcony. We thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and respecting our wishes.

What is the attire for the ceremony and after party?

Answer

We ask for everyone to adhere to the Sneaker Ball theme, consisting of semi-formal attire and your best sneakers. However, for those who are only planning to attend the ceremony, please still adhere to the semi formal attire minus the sneakers. The colors of the wedding are Royal Blue and Purple for those who have been inquiring For those who will be attending the ceremony and the after party, please do your best to respect our wishes and adhere to the SNEAKER’S BALL theme. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and for taking time to celebrate our special day.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony, so no pictures will be allowed during the ceremony. We prefer to have everyone's undivided attention during our nuptials. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. However, feel free to take all the pictures you want during the after party. There will be QR codes posted during the reception and after party for you upload all the pictures you take of the night. We are looking forward to what you all capture during those two events.

Is the dinner open to all guest?

Answer

We truly wish we could include everyone in our celebration dinner, but please note that the dinner is a closed, private event. We appreciate your understanding and since we are not able to include everyone, we definitely want to make sure those of you who aren’t on the dinner guest list, know we look forward to celebrating with you at the after party.

For those of us attending the dinner, what kind of dinner will there be?

Answer

This will be a private sit-down dinner, buffet style. There will be salad, vegetarian and chicken pasta served.

Are kids allowed at the after party?

Answer

Although kids are fun, we've elected to limit our reception to adults only. Thanks for understanding and cooperating.

What time does the after party start?

Answer

The after party will begin at 7pm at the Foundry Art Center-St. Charles (520 N Main Center). This will go from 7-10 with a cash bar, which will close around 9:30p. The couple will do a last dance around 9:45 pm. The after party is by invite only as well so please do not bring anyone with you who was not on your invitation. This will be strictly monitored as well.

Am I able to bring someone with me?

Answer

When entering your name on the RSVP page, please note that if only your name appears, it means only you will be included on the guest list for the dinner and after party. Please respect our wishes and do not bring anyone invited guest with you.

There is a parking lot for you to park on at both the church and the Foundry Art Center-St. Charles

What is the deadline for final dinner RSVPs?

Answer

Please note that we have a strict dinner RSVP deadline of June 30th, 2025. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any dinner RSVPs after this date—no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding, as ample time has been provided to submit your response

Is there a gift registry or wishing well?

Answer

Instead of a gift registry, we have decided to do a wishing well/honeymoon fund. Please see the wishing well link on the registry page. There will also be a gift card holder at the church and reception. Please feel free to contribute whatever your heart desires and thank you again for celebrating with us.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

No, we are not reserving any hotel room blocks; However, we have listed hotels close to the church and reception venue. They are located in the lodging tab of the website.

What happens between the ceremony and after party?

Answer

During this time, the bridal party and family will be taking photos and enjoying a private dinner. We encourage you to take this opportunity to grab some dinner and freshen up before joining us for the after party which will begin at 7pm. Come ready to TURN UP! We’re taking it back to the early to mid-2000s with music spun by DJ AI on the 1s and 2s.

Answer

The reception is slated to end at 10:00pm. The couple will do a final evening dance around 9:45 pm.

What is a good time for the older folks to leave the reception?

Answer

If hip hop, a bit of crunk energy, and some lively vibes aren’t your thing, we suggest making your exit around 8 PM, as the after party will begin promptly at that time

What if I do not drink alcohol?

Answer

For those who do not drink alcohol, you will be able to purchase soda and juice at the cash bar.
