Let's get married!

While Krista was a new R.A. in Dressler Hall at EWU, Ryan was one of the first residents to move onto her floor. The two became fast friends, and everyone else around them saw what was starting to grow. After quickly bonding, spending time together in the dorms and away from school, Ryan and Krista became close friends.

After 11 months of dating, the two quickly realized that spending your whole life with your best friend didn't sound too shabby. With Krista's intention of moving with Ryan to his graduate program in southern California, he made sure she knew he was there to stay. During their last weekend in Washington, both went on one last trip out to the ocean, where Ryan first told Krista he loved her. He took Krista to walk the beach one last time at sundown and asked to spend forever with her. Of course, she said "yes", and the rest is becoming history.
