We're getting married!

Jake and Katie’s story began in 2018 at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Their paths crossed after being introduced by a mutual friend, neither one knowing that it would be the beginning of a forever kind of love. What started as a casual encounter quickly grew into something much more meaningful, as they found themselves talking for hours about everything from their favorite foods to their biggest dreams. It didn’t take long for them to realize that there was something special between them. For the next few years, they cheered each other on during baseball and lacrosse games, had plenty of library dates, and simply enjoyed each other’s company. After graduation, Jake and Katie moved into their first apartment together in Pittsburgh where they began to put down roots and start creating a life together. They spent the next two years exploring the city, trying new restaurants, going to sporting events, and falling more in love. On October 31, 2024, Jake asked Katie to spend the rest of their lives together while on the beach in her favorite place. Of course, Katie said yes, and from that moment on, they’ve been planning the next chapter of their lives together. Looking back at all the moments that led them to today, each adventure, each challenge, each laugh, they couldn’t be more grateful for the life they’ve built together. The love they share is built on trust, respect, and the unwavering support they give each other. As they approach their wedding day, they’re filled with excitement and anticipation for what’s to come, and they’re so thrilled to celebrate this new chapter with all of you.
