When and where do I RSVP?

Answer

You will receive a formal invitation in the upcoming months. Please be sure to RSVP here on our website by 8/13/25.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

The invitation you received is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest by name, then yes! If not, we prefer to just have you attend. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

This is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home to celebrate our day with us.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have included several hotel recommendations that can be found in the Travel section. We will be staying at the Craddock Terry Inn and have requested room blocks both there and at a few other locations within the Lynchburg area. For more on hotels, Airbnb listings and other travel information, please check out the Travel page.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is not provided to and from the venue. Travel time from the area of our hotels (Lynchburg, VA) to the ceremony and reception site is about 30 minutes.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving promptly at 4:00pm to give yourself time to find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30. Please note that our venue is unable to accommodate early guests.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is an open lot right before the ceremony location. A parking attendant will be available for any assistance you may need.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Formal. Ladies: Formal cocktail attire is appropriate (long dresses/fancy cocktail dresses/dressy jumpsuits preferred). Gentlemen: Formal attire is appropriate (dark suits and ties preferred).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know and we will be happy to help accommodate you. All catering requests must be finalized by 9/6/25.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are! We have a registry here on Zola, in addition to a honeymoon fund which is through HoneyFund. You can find more information about both by clicking on the Registry tab of our website.
