What if I already know I can not attend the wedding?

Oh no! You will be so missed! If you already know you are unable to attend the wedding, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!

What should I wear?
Answer
Church: We kindly ask that all guests come dressed in church appropriate attire to our ceremony! Reception: We kindly ask that all guests wear black attire to help enhance the bridal party & our vision of our special day. The suggested attire is black tie optional, meaning tuxedos or dark suits for men, and preferably gowns for women. Non-black shirts for men are fine. We thank you for supporting our vision, you are going to look amazing!

Can I take pictures during the wedding?
Answer
Please refrain from pulling out phones and cameras during the ceremony. We would like everyone to be present during this time and want to see all of your faces, not the backs of your phones. Feel free to break out the phones and cameras during the reception!

When and how should I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP utilizing the RSVP tab on our website, if you have any issues please reach out to Jamie or John. We are asking that all guests please RSVP by November 1, 2025.

Where is the reception being held?
Answer
The reception is being held at 5:30 p.m. at East Wind Hotel & Spa in Wading River, NY located at 5720 Route 25A, Wading River, NY 11792, in the Estate Building. The Estate Building is a separate building from the Hotel & Spa and there is signage on property to guide you there.

All wedding events will be held indoors!

Where can I stay overnight?
Answer
We have reserved two hotel blocks which you can find under the "Travel & Accommodations" tab on our website. Space is limited within the blocks so we recommend you book as soon as you can!
