Question

Where do guests park?

Answer

Self-parking for overnight guests is $10.00 per night plus tax. Valet parking for overnight guests is $15.00 per night plus tax. There are free parking spots available on Main Street, however space is limited during the holiday season. Additional parking is available in the Colonial Industrial Quarter when available at no charge and in the Walnut Street and North Street parking garages, at your expense.

What should guests wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. All we kindly ask of you is to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Where are the day's events taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be taking place at Hotel Bethlehem in the Mural Ballroom. Cocktail hour will take place at the hotel as well. All events will be indoor.

What should I do if I can't attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least an hour before the start of the ceremony. Check out the "Things To Do" tab for suggestions while you wait. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so please be on time and in a seat!

When are RSVP’s due?

Answer

We kindly ask that you respond no later than October 25th. Please use the response card that came in the mail with your invitation. If you are booking a room at the hotel, please do so by October 24th.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged, so we are asking that all devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening (unless your child was specifically addressed on the invitation). We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend staying?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved for our guests at a discounted rate of $199 per night. Other suggestions of places to stay nearby include Wind Creek, Hyatt Place, Comfort Suites and The Sayre Mansion. Please don’t ruin our special day or someone else’s life by drinking and driving!

If I want to book a room at Hotel Bethlehem, when should I do that?

Answer

Rooms need to be booked by October 24th, but the sooner the better! If you book a room and decide to cancel, you need to contact the hotel. Refunds are not guaranteed. Please call 888-935-8985 and reserve under Brown/Campbell wedding to receive your discounted rate.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Answer

If you booked a room under us, standard check-in time is 4:00 PM on Friday the 24th, and check-out time is 12:00 PM on Saturday the 25th. *Please note that check-in before 4:00 PM is not guaranteed. It is recommended that any guest staying at the hotel reserve a room the night prior to the wedding. We know the night prior to the wedding is Thanksgiving. However, you may check-in any time after 4:00 PM (this can be done before the ceremony, during the cocktail hour or during the reception).
