Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Dinner and dance will be under a covered area.

What should I wear?

♡ Formal curated dress code - Colorful-Bold-Electic-Maximalist♡ Let your personality shine through color! We invite you to join in the wedding's color palette by wearing bright & colorful tones/patterns. No neutrals or black, women please refrain from wearing white. Men are encouraged to go outside of traditional suit colors for more funky colors or add POPS of colors by choosing a bright or patterned tops, please avoid traditional black suits & white tops. Question
How does transportation work? How do we get to the venue?
Answer
All guests will be shuttled to the wedding via the provided transportation. No parking is allowed at the venue. If you are staying at one of the hotels in Hood River the shuttle will pick you up and take you to the venue. If you are staying elsewhere ie airbnb or outside Hood River we ask that you meet at the designated meet up spot (provided closer to wedding) on time in order to be picked up by the shuttle. The shuttle will take you back at the end of the night. Keep in mind ubers in the area are pretty non existent.

I was planning on staying in Portland for most of my trip, do you think this is okay?
Answer
This is fine however Portland is over an 1hr away, so we encourage you leave early as you need to be at the meet up location on time for the shuttle and please plan to stay at least the wedding night in hood river esp if you will be drinking.

Can I bring my kid?
Answer
We hope our wedding weekend can still provide your family with an unforgettable trip and while we adore your children, our wedding is an adults only affair. We kindly ask that this is respected for our wedding day.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
While we fully encourage everyone to bring their phones & cameras, we politely request that all devices be turned off during the ceremony. Once we receive the professional images from our photographer after the wedding, we will be happy to send them to you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes of course! Please let us know about any food allergies or restrictions on your RSVP! We are more than happy to accommodate you so long we are given enough notice.

Many of you are traveling across the country to celebrate with us in Hood River, so your presence means the world to us and is all we ask for. If you'd still like to contribute to our registry or honeymoon funds, please see below. You can gift here on Zola or send money via zelle, ca$happ or venmo.

While we are sad that you won’t be able to join us we completely understand as we are choosing to have our wedding in another state. It’s totally not necessary for you to send us a gift but if you still feel inclined please refer to our wedding registry here.
