The discounted rooms within the block are only available for booking until September 3rd, 2025, and will be done on a first come first serve basis. Please note that October is a high volume season for the hotels in our area and it would be best to book accommodations as soon as possible before they fill up. If additional rooms need to be added to the block, the hotel indicated that we should be able to do that.
