When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by Monday 14th April on the website for both of the days. This will give us an accurate number of guests attending for the two days. We understand if you are unable attend both days due to either work or childcare commitments.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

On Wednesday 6th August, we ask that you arrive in good time to the venue to ensure everyone is seated by 1.45pm ready for the ceremony to start at 2pm. Our wonderful ushers and groomsmen will be there to help guide the way. For Day 2 on Thursday 7th August, you can arrive from 2pm.

Do we need to pre-order our food for the wedding breakfast?

Answer

Yes, the venue have asked us to pre-order the food for the wedding breakfast. Please look at the menu and decide what you would like. There is an option to add this when you RSVP. Please do share any dietary requirements when you add your food.

Are children invited?

Answer

Whilst we love your little ones, only the children of immediate family will be attending. Enjoy your night off and we don't want to see Toni in teacher mode!

Am I am able to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we are not offering plus ones to be brought to the wedding. Both the save the date and wedding invite indicate those who are formally invited. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Wedding Day- Dress to impress in your smart wedding attire. No casual attire or trainers. Day 2- For a more relaxed atmosphere, smart casual will be perfect. Please try to avoid sage green as this is our colour theme and white for obvious reasons.

Am I am allowed to take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony, you do not take photos and enjoy it first hand instead of through the lens of a camera. Our photographer will be on hand to capture the special moments. After the ceremony, you are free to take as many photos or videos as you like. Please remember to share these with us through our QR code that you will be given on the day. We do ask that you allow us the opportunity to share a photo of ourselves on social media before you do.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We are all praying for sunshine but as it is Scotland, there could be some rain. Have both your sunglasses and umbrellas at the ready. If bad weather occurs, we will be indoors and this will not spoil the day.

Can we park at the venue?

Answer

Yes you can park at the venue. The venue is happy for cars to be left overnight at their own risk but they must be collected by midday the following day.
