Joel and Mike have been friends for more than forty years. Growing up together, their friendship was built through sports, outdoor adventures, and the kind of memories only lifelong friends share. Over the years, fishing trips, camping, and snowmobiling eventually turned into new traditions like spending time on the golf course whenever they can. Even though they’ve lived in different places for more than a decade, their friendship has never skipped a beat. Joel still makes the trip to visit Mike in Florida almost every year, proving distance has never weakened their bond. Joel is someone Mike has always been able to count on. Lauren came into Valerie’s life about six years ago, and from the moment they met they instantly clicked. It was one of those friendships that felt easy from the very beginning, like they had known each other forever. What started as a new friendship quickly grew into one of the most meaningful relationships in Valerie’s life. Lauren has been a constant ever since. She’s the friend who shows up, celebrates the big moments, laughs through the crazy ones, and somehow always knows exactly what to say. She has a way of making life more fun, more grounded, and a whole lot brighter. Valerie had the honor of standing by Lauren’s side on her wedding day, which made their friendship even more special. Tyler has been a source of pride for Mike from the very beginning. As his oldest son, Mike has had the joy of watching him grow from an energetic kid into the strong, thoughtful young man he is today. Tyler is a senior at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, where he continues to pursue his goals with determination. One thing that has always stood out about Tyler is his independence. If he doesn’t know how to do something, he takes the initiative to learn it. He stays busy with many interests, including weightlifting, playing electric guitar on his church’s praise and worship team, and even ice hockey. He also earned the rank of Eagle Scout and has participated in mission trips that reflect his strong faith and heart for serving others. Tyler is hardworking, creative, and protective of the people he loves. Having his son stand beside him on this day means the world to Mike.
Zoey Warren

Zoey has held a special place in Valerie’s heart since the day she was born. She was Valerie’s very first “niece,” and getting a front row seat to watch her grow up has been one of the sweetest gifts in her life. From the beginning, Zoey has always been a bright light. She has a kind heart, a fun spirit, and a way of bringing energy and joy wherever she goes. It has been so special for Valerie to watch her grow from a little girl into the beautiful, smart, and confident young woman she is today. At just 16, Zoey is already someone Valerie is incredibly proud of. At 19, he has a natural sense of humor that keeps family and friends smiling and a creativity that makes him uniquely himself. Growing up, Ian stayed active playing soccer and basketball and loved being part of a team. These days you’ll find him spending time with friends, gaming online, or catching a movie. Ian is fun, easygoing, and always willing to help when someone needs it. He has a kind heart and genuinely cares about the people around him. Having Ian stand beside his dad on this day makes the moment even more special, and Mike is proud to celebrate this next chapter with his youngest son by his side.

Zia has been part of Valerie’s life from the very beginning. Valerie was there the day she was born, and as her second "niece", she has held a special place in her heart ever since. Getting to watch her grow up year by year is something Valerie treasures deeply. Zia is fun, full of personality, and unapologetically herself. Callen Moore is full of life and energy and keeps everyone on their toes wherever he goes. With his big personality and nonstop spirit, he’s sure to bring plenty of entertainment to the celebration. Valerie especially loves getting to be “Auntie Val” to Callen.
