Can we bring fishing poles, yard games, or other outdoor fun?

Answer

Heck yes! We’d love for you to soak up the mountain air and enjoy the space. Feel free to bring your fishing pole, hiking boots, or your best cornhole toss. We’ll have some outdoor games on hand, but you’re welcome to bring your favorites. Just don’t beat Marcus too badly ;)

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The vibe is casual but polished. Dress to feel good and look a little fancy. We’ll be outside on grass, so save the stilettos for another day—think flats, wedges, or sturdy dress shoes. Layers are a good idea too; mountain evenings can get a little chilly.

Where should I park?

Answer

There’s space to park at the Canaan Realty offices (25 Mirror Lake Drive), and we’ll have some additional space at nearby houses and cabins. If you're staying nearby, carpooling is encouraged—makes for more fun on the way there!

Will there be cell service or Wi-Fi?

Answer

Most, if not all, of the rentals have Wi-Fi. Service - well, that is another story... It depends on your provider, but it might be spotty. Embrace it. We’ll all be a little unplugged—just like summer camp! But don’t worry, everything you need will be well-marked and easy to find once you’re there.

Will the wedding still happen if it rains?

Answer

Haven't you heard it's good luck? Yes! We’re not afraid of a little weather. We’ll have tents and cover... but if you're worried, bring an umbrella!
