Will there be an open bar?

We made this the number 1 FAQ because let’s be honest, that’s what we are all looking forward to after the ceremony! Of course, there will be an open bar! The drinks are on us! But the hangover is on you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to guest number restrictions, we are unable to accommodate any other children besides the bridal party and family. If your child’s name is on the envelope, we are able to accommodate. Please see how your envelope is addressed. We appreciate your understanding! While we love all of your little ones, please use this time to have a nice night out without having to worry about little eyes and little ears, and let your hair down! You deserve it! We work hard enough being a parent every single day. Take a night off.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Please refer to how your invitation was addressed! We have added “and guest” or “both names” to those who’s spouses, significant others, or guests have been extended an invitation. As much as we would love to have everyone bring a date, our seating restrictions simply cannot accommodate everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we would never want to dictate to anyone what they are comfortable wearing, we do encourage a “semi-formal” attire as it is at a Country Club. If you will be attending the ceremony, please remove any hats inside the church. Thank you!

Is there any transportation or lodging accommodations?

Answer

As of right now, we have not booked any blocks at any hotels. If you are traveling from out of state, we would be happy to help you find somewhere close to accommodate you! Please just reach out to Cathy. As far as transportation, we are working with Propts Transportation to accommodate those who are drinking and/or are not comfortable driving in the dark! Again, please just reach out to Cathy and we will make accommodations for you.

Can I leave my car parked overnight if I need to get a ride?

Answer

Yes! It is encouraged that if you are intoxicated or impaired, please do not drive home. Please accept the arrangements we have for guests to have a ride home, or leave your car overnight and hitch a ride with a designated driver. The venue has kindly asked that everyone who leaves their vehicles overnight have them removed by 10 AM the following day.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Having a family member with an extremely restricted diet, we understand, and we want to accommodate everyone as best as we can! Please reach out to the bride and groom when you RSVP and let them know your restrictions so they can make arrangements.

Is the ceremony and venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is an elevator in the church and handicapped bathrooms. The Country Club is also very handicap friendly!

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is only permitted outside of the venue. NO vaping or smoking is allowed inside.
