Shuttles will begin transporting guests, from Comfort Inn & Suites to The Tate House, at 3:15pm. We recommend all guests be shuttle-ready and in the hotel lobby and/or outside the hotel by 3:10pm, as each shuttle can only hold 14 guests at one time; with all guests arriving on-time, each departing shuttle can be loaded to max capacity. Last call for shuttles from the hotel will be at 4:15pm; guests who miss the final shuttle will be late to the ceremony and will be responsible for their own transportation to the venue.

Shuttles will return to the venue at 8:30pm to transport guests, from The Tate House to Comfort Inn & Suites, who desire to depart the reception early. Early return shuttles will run from 8:30pm-9:30pm, but each shuttle requires 4+ guests on-board to depart. Shuttles will return to the venue at 10:00pm to transport guests, from The Tate House to Comfort Inn & Suites, who desire to stay for the completion of the reception and the newlywed send-off. Shuttles will run until all guests are safely transported back to the hotel.
