Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and reception have a semi-formal dress code. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

We kindly request that our wedding remains an adults-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
While we would love to accommodate additional guests, we ask that you refer to your invitations for the number of seats reserved in your honor. We have allocated all "plus-ones" based on the space constraints of our venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have reserved a hotel block at Comfort Inn & Suites: 713 Transit Avenue Canton, Georgia 30114. If our hotel block fills, here are a few additional hotels to check for availability: • Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jasper (171 H. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will have a shuttle service to transport guests between Comfort Inn & Suites and The Tate House. Shuttles will begin transporting guests, from Comfort Inn & Suites to The Tate House, 1-1.5 hours prior to the ceremony. Shuttles will return to the venue to transport guests, from The Tate House to Comfort Inn & Suites, who desire to depart the reception early. Shuttles will continue running for 1-1.5 hours after the reception. Please visit the "Hotel + Shuttle" section of our website, for the most up-to-date information regarding shuttles.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The Tate House has a paved parking lot on-site, large enough to accommodate all guests for the ceremony and reception. Parking is free for all guests.
