Check-in is at 4pm; you may request an early check-in but it's not guaranteed. Check-out is 11am. Please plan to book your rooms no later than September 2, as the hotel will only hold rooms for us until 60 days out from the wedding. Bookings made after September 2 will still receive the discounted group rate, but the hotel cannot guarantee vacancies.

Shuttle
November 2, 2019 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
A free shuttle is available to all Concordville guests. It will be parked outside the lobby at 4:30 p.m. Please board promptly, as the ceremony begins at 5:00 p.m. Concordville will also run three shuttles to return to the hotel, at 9:30 pm, 10:30 pm and 10:45 pm.
Flight
PHL is the easiest airport to fly into, and is about 25 minutes from our venue & hotel.
Train
Guests traveling via Amtrak can set either Philadelphia (30th Street Station) or Wilmington, Del. as their destination; Terrain and area hotels are an equidistant drive from both. Ubers will be plentiful at both, but taxis will be harder to come by in Wilmington. That said, expect less traffic leaving Wilmington during most times of day.
