Maid of Honor
Chrissy and I met over nine years ago at Elk Grove High School but it feels like we've know each other much longer. If you've ever been on a car ride with us, chances are you've heard about eight different accents come out all at once. We've traveled together and have perfected the art of detecting when the other is hungry and might need a little snack. I will never grow old of our adventures and our long running jokes even though our partners may grow tired of them. We have both lived in different states and different cities but no matter what, we always find a way back to each other. Life is a bit easier to tackle when you have such a special human like Chrissy in your corner.

Truth be told, Marissa is a major reason Kyle and I are getting married! Marissa and I also went to Elk Grove High School together and truly solidified our friendship when we started working together at Cal Fit in 2012. Marissa was the one who kept encouraging me to ask Kyle out even after he had said no multiple times (he says it was scheduling conflicts, I think otherwise haha). She never allowed me to give up which finally led to a first date between Kyle and I, and we know how the rest of the story goes. While we do share a love of all things Disney, Target and Starbucks (v basic, we know), we mainly just love to share each other's company and see where the adventure takes us. I will be forever grateful for the open and honest friendship we share and the years we have to come.

Who knew that working at a shoe store could change my life?! Annalisa and I met while I was still working at Fleet Feet Sacramento. As soon as she was hired, I knew she was something special and I wanted to be her friend. We quickly began hanging out outside of work and even when we were at work (sorry Phil, I definitely was hiding in the upstairs office when you called for help lmao). I remember one specific trip home from Concord after visiting her parents as well as Chrissy, we talked on the way home about life and breakups and who we are as people and in the moment I knew that we were going to become best friends. Sometimes life comes at you fast but when you're riding next to your best friend at TeamRide or exploring Sacramento together, everything is going to be okay.

They say that your sister is your first best friend and with Anna this was no exception. We grew up listening to the same music, loving the same tv shows and hating the same foods. She was the first person to teach me about makeup while I was the one teaching her about fashion. Like true sisters we fought and pulled each others hair but at the end of the day it was as if nothing had happened. Our lives have taken us different cities and different states but no matter where we are in the world we can always catch up over our love of My Favorite Murder or anything else true crime. I may physically look down at her but I will always look up to her as my inspiration.
Best Man
Ryan and I arguably have known each other the longest…. As my twin brother it’s a pretty easy decision for him to be the best man because we share so many personality traits, and have a very strong bond/relationship. We are extremely competitive with each other with the most ridiculous things such as chugging a glass of water, who could hold their breath the longest, or who can get up off of the floor the fastest without using our hands. Ryan and I have maintained constant communication even with the many places the Marine Corps have taken him, and I am proud to have him by my side on the big day.
Groomsman
Derek, my older brother! Derek is one hard working, intelligent, great guy, who I always can count on to pick up where we left off with ease. Although he lives in San Francisco, and I live in Sacramento, we have been able to visit each other and absolutely come to the conclusion that Sacramento is less of a “big city” than I’ve previously thought. Derek is one of my Groomsmen and I could not be more happy to have him by my side.

Cody and I met through the Fire Department approximately 4 years ago and in just this short period of time we have developed a great friendship. Cody is adventurous, and spontaneous which makes for great innovations when you have limited cocktail supplies, or you are planning your next camping trip and need some pointers. They say the Fire Department creates an “extended family” and Cody is a great example of that.

Dave and I met each other over 5 years ago when I was applying for the Fire Department and I needed some tips and pointers for my resume, and first interview. Meeting him then, showed me how compassionate and caring he is and it has just exploded into a great friendship. Not only is Dave an extremely intelligent guy, he also has an alter ego in which he's the life of the party. They say the Fire Department creates an “extended family” and Dave is another example of that bond.
