Other Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Cima Pillsbury and Robert Anderson
Franconia New Hampshire is packed with things to do. We chose the Franconia Inn in part because it offers so may onsite activities and is an easy jumping off point for hiking and fishing. Check out this link for ideas: https://www.franconiainn.com/spring/summer/fall

Artists Bluff (and other local hikes)

Franconia, NH 03580

Franconia Notch is known for its natural beauty. We were married at Artist's Bluff, a side trail off the 1.5 mile Bald Mountain loop in Franconia. The link below will show you lots of options. ***Rob and Cima will lead a hike to the bluff on Friday afternoon. ***

Franconia Soaring Associates

1251 Easton Road, Franconia, NH 03580
, (603) 823-5034

Book a glider ride. The rides start and end directly across the street from the Franconia Inn. Reopens in April 2023.

Franconia Notch Stables

1172 Easton Road, Franconia, NH 03580
, (603) 823-5542

The barn is located directly next to the Franconia Inn. Call the Inn to schedule.

White Mountain Bike Shop

The "Bike Barn" is located directly next to the Franconia Inn and the area has over 100 miles of incredible mountain biking trails. Bob, the owner, is happy to help.

Rosa Flamingos

2312 Main Street, Bethlehem, NH 03574
, (603) 869-3111

We also love Rosa Flamingo's (Cima's first job was bussing tables here). Tell Jodi and Heather we said hi.

Rek-Lis Brewing Company

2085 Main Street, Bethlehem, NH 03574
, (603) 991-2357

Schilling Beer Co.

18 Mill Street, Littleton, NH 03561
, (603) 444-4800

Main Street Littleton

Main Street, Littleton, NH 03561

It's where we first met. They have a great Main Street full on all kinds of things to see. Rob bought some great instruments at Northern Lights Music on Main Street. Drive by Pillsbury Funeral Home on Union Street (where Cima lived), but it was sold in 2010 so it's no longer run by my family.

Mount Washington Hotel

Mount Washington Hotel Road, Carroll, NH

We stayed here after our wedding. In the early 1990s Rob worked at front desk and the activities office. He even gave hotel tours and says it is indeed haunted, but we didn't see any ghosts on our stay.
