Franconia Notch is known for its natural beauty. We were married at Artist's Bluff, a side trail off the 1.5 mile Bald Mountain loop in Franconia. The link below will show you lots of options. ***Rob and Cima will lead a hike to the bluff on Friday afternoon. ***
Book a glider ride. The rides start and end directly across the street from the Franconia Inn. Reopens in April 2023.
The barn is located directly next to the Franconia Inn. Call the Inn to schedule.
The "Bike Barn" is located directly next to the Franconia Inn and the area has over 100 miles of incredible mountain biking trails. Bob, the owner, is happy to help.
Check out the link below for all kinds of ideas.
We also love Rosa Flamingo's (Cima's first job was bussing tables here). Tell Jodi and Heather we said hi.
It's where we first met. They have a great Main Street full on all kinds of things to see. Rob bought some great instruments at Northern Lights Music on Main Street. Drive by Pillsbury Funeral Home on Union Street (where Cima lived), but it was sold in 2010 so it's no longer run by my family.
We stayed here after our wedding. In the early 1990s Rob worked at front desk and the activities office. He even gave hotel tours and says it is indeed haunted, but we didn't see any ghosts on our stay.
