How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

RSVP's will be available when formal invitations are sent out in November 2026. Once you receive your invitation we ask that you please RSVP by February 11th, 2027. We would love to save a seat for you on our special day!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

As you RSVP, there will be a section in which you may list any food allergies and dietary restrictions that may apply to each guest.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors. Please keep in mind that the weather may be more on the cooler side as the venue is located in the Great Smoky Mountains.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We expect guests to start arriving 3:00pm and we recommend arriving by 3:15pm to find your seats. Our ceremony will begins at 3:30pm at which point we kindly ask that you quietly find a seat in the back or watch from the upper patio.

How do I find parking?

Answer

Parking is located on premises at the venue. As you arrive, please drive up the main entrance and continue left. You will pass The Garden and a white building on your right. At the intersection, you will see a sign directing you to The Glass House. For those parked farther out or who need assistance, parking attendants and golf carts will be available to bring you from your car to the venue, and back at the end of the night.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! Our ceremony will be adults-only, with the exception of children who are part of the wedding party. We are excited to have all other children noted on your invitations join us at cocktail hour and the reception for a night full of fun!
