Welcome!

It has been so sweet to grow together these past six years of dating. We have been deeply blessed to be able to walk together through each new season of life from the time we were 16 and 17 years old. As October approaches, our excitement to jump into this new season as husband and wife has only grown! We have been supported and poured into by so many of you and we are so thankful for each of you. Thank you for visiting our site and joining us on our special day. Our hope is that you will find all you need to know about our wedding day on this website. Please contact us if you have any questions! Thank you! Bradley and Lauren

How We Met

June 30, 2013

We each tell the story very differently... so depending on who you ask I either stalked Bradley on Facebook or we met through mutual friends and ran into each other at Cane's, both have some truth to them...

The Proposal

August 17, 2018

As the time for college graduations, moves, and job searching began to draw near- we knew that marriage was something both of us wanted to throw into this season of change. Bradley is a grand gesture kind of guy, something that I have always loved about him. I knew the day he would ask me to spend the rest of our lives together would definitely be a grand gesture and to be honest I was a little bit scared about what he was going to think up... but he could not have planned a more sincere, thoughtful and absolutely perfect proposal. I was already back in Fayetteville student teaching and Bradley came up to visit one weekend before classes at the U of A started back. We had been wanting to try out the Sassafras Winery for a while so after school let out I rushed home to get ready. We grabbed a quick dinner at a local sushi place and headed for the winery. It had rained ALL WEEK but luckily the sun started to peek through the clouds and we were excited to grab a glass of wine and relax on the patio. As we arrived we were greeted by the kindest people who welcomed us and told us we were welcome to walk over to the chapel and look around (I later learned they were all in on the plan!). We walked through the (very wet and slippery) field to the little chapel. I remember thinking "Oh man this would have been an amazing spot for Bradley to propose, he should have thought of this." Seconds later, Bradley really wanted to hear the echo (?) and started whistling. Out of nowhere our sweet pup, Jensen, ran down the aisle to us. I looked over at Bradley and he was down on a knee. There, he asked me to grow old with him and of course I said YES! One of our sweet friends, Emma, captured this moment so perfectly and I will forever treasure those memories. We began taking a few more pictures and Emma says "Okay, now y'all go get on the helicopter!" So then we jump on a HELICOPTER and ride off into the sunset for a sky tour of Fayetteville.

For all the days along the way
