Hotel
We have booked a room block at this hotel for your convenience. Rooms available include 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. If you are coming in Thursday, you are able to extend the discounted rate by calling the number above and telling them you are with the Natale/Beer Wedding. The last day to book with this discounted rate was Friday, July 25th. There will be a complimentary shuttle to take you from the hotel, to the venue, and back. This is reserved for hotel guests only. The wedding shuttles will leave the hotel at 3:00pm, 3:30pm, and 4:00pm for the venue. There are limited seats on each shuttle, so please plan on taking an earlier time slot if possible to avoid delays. As a reminder, due to the venue layout, late-arriving guests will be unable to enter the ceremony after 4:20pm. Please Note: Check-in at the hotel is at 3pm. Our ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm, so if you are only staying at the hotel Saturday night, please plan for early check-in if possible, or plan to check in after the wedding. Travel Note
Our wedding is the same day as the Woodward Dream Cruise - a huge classic car event that goes right through Pontiac (where our venue is), and runs from 9:00am-9:00pm. This means that traffic will be heavier than usual, and some roads will be closed. The parking lots below are designated for our guests only, and valet will still be available. We strongly recommend leaving earlier than normal so you don't miss the ceremony.
Travel Note
There will be complimentary valet parking at the venue starting at 3:30 pm. Just pull up right in front of the venue entrance and valet will take it from there! You may leave your car in the valet parking lot overnight, but please note that venue staff will not be there the next day, so make sure you grab your keys before leaving the wedding. If you are not using valet parking, please refer to the link below for a map of the two available parking lots. (Click on "view") ***If you leave your car parked on the street overnight, you will be TOWED!!*** Please use the parking lots on the map to avoid this!
