Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal or black tie optional. We would love to see our guests dressed up for our big day! For ladies, this means floor length, ankle length, or tea length dresses or jumpsuits/pantsuits. For men, this means dress pants and shirts with a jacket, tie is preferred. Please avoid wearing shorts, jeans, whites, or creams. Thank you!

How Do I RSVP?

There is an RSVP tab here on the website where you can search your name and RSVP for your group.

When Do I Need to RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 15, 2025. Our venue requires us to provide the full head-count by this date. Any unanswered RSVPs will be marked as "Not attending."

Can I Bring my Children?

Answer

No. Although we love your little ones, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are adult-only events. We recognize the impact this may have, and truly appreciate your understanding.

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your wedding invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, your envelope will say “[Your Name] and Guest,” and you will see the option to RSVP for them under your name in the RSVP tab. You will not be able to RSVP for anyone not listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm. Due to the layout, late arriving guests will be unable to be seated after 4:25pm.

Is Parking Available at the Venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be complimentary valet parking at the venue starting at 3:30 pm. Just pull up right in front of the venue entrance and valet will take it from there! Guests may also leave their cars in the designated parking lot overnight, but please note that venue staff will not be there the next day, so make sure you grab your keys before leaving the wedding. A link to a map showing the available parking lots is on the "Hotel Block & Parking" section. ***If you park on the street overnight, your car will be TOWED!!***

Is there a Room Block available?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "Room Block" section for more information. The last day to book the discounted rate is July 25, 2025.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There is a free shuttle that will provide transportation to and from the Marriott Hotel. The shuttle will take multiple trips at varying times for your convenience.

Is the Wedding Outdoors or Indoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors.

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

Once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers to capture our special moments, which we will gladly share with you afterwards. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We only ask that you share them with us after if possible!

Will There be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us! We will also have mocktail options and an espresso bar available.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, come hungry! We will have many appetizers served at cocktail hour. The reception will include a plated dinner with dessert to follow, as well as a late night snack.

Are Vegetarian and Vegan Options Available?

Answer

Yes! You will have the option to select a vegetarian or a vegan option when you RSVP.

Is the Venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be upstairs, but there is an elevator available for our guests who may need it. Wheelchair ramps are also available at the venue.

What color will the bridesmaids be wearing?

Answer

Bridesmaids will be in shades of blue!
