A block of rooms is reserved at this hotel on a first come first served basis. Please use the booking link below (the "view" button) to ensure you're getting our room block price by 9/7/2026. Online booking is the easiest! But if you choose to call the hotel to request the room you need, please be sure to mention that you are booking for the Bowes-Beavers block! There will be shuttles on our trolley that will pick up guests at this hotel at 4:30 PM. A second shuttle will be around 5:00 PM. After those, guests will be on their own for transportation to the ceremony. Please plan to arrive before 5:30 PM when the ceremony begins. At the end of the night, the trolley shuttles will make continuous rounds back to this hotel starting at 11:00 PM.

Please note, group transportation from this hotel to or from our wedding venue will not be provided. There will be complementary valet provided at Water Works if you choose to drive. It is about a 10 minute drive from this hotel to the venue. Please plan to arrive to the venue before 5:30 PM when our ceremony begins.
