Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our families and friends get all dressed up with us! We kindly request formal attire to match the elegance of our celebration. We suggest suits with a tie or bowtie for men, and an evening gown, midi-length dress, or dressy pantsuit for women. The event will be partially outside so consider bringing a light jacket or shawl. The entire event will be covered, so no need to worry about rain!

Can I Bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible and to adhere to maximum venue capacity, only guests formally invited on wedding invitations will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we encourage you to use our Wedding day as a special night out! Our Ceremony and Reception will be adults only with the exception of those in our Wedding Party. Thank you for understanding!

What if i didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, you will automatically be marked as "not attending." We will miss celebrating with you, but we are obligated to adhere to the headcount deadlines of our venue.

I RSVP-ed "Yes" but can no longer make it. What do I do?

Answer

If you have already sent a "yes" RSVP but something came up, no worries! Life happens! We kindly ask that you notify the bride or groom directly of this information before our RSVP deadline that is written on your invitation.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Our venue offers complimentary valet parking upon your arrival. If you plan to enjoy some cocktails, we encourage using Uber or Lyft!

Will there be shuttles to-and-from the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes and no! The Cescaphe Trolley will be picking up guests who are staying at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar to bring them to our ceremony in 2 trips: one at 4:30PM and another at 5:00PM. If you are not able to make one of these trips or the trolley reaches capacity, transportation to the venue will be your responsibility! Guests who will be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown hotel, will be responsible for their own transportation. We encourage Uber or Lyft. There will also be complimentary valet at Water Works if needed. Please plan to arrive around 5:00PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. Our reception will end at midnight! Our trolley will begin continuous shuttles to the Kimpton Hotel Palomar beginning at 11:00PM until all guests have been transported. The service will end at 1:00AM.

What time should I get there?

Answer

You should plan to arrive when doors open at 5:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please keep in mind your hotel check-in times and shuttle times!
