We've planned the celebration carefully to celebrate with our closest family and friends, so we will not be extending plus-ones unless noted on your invitation.

We have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. This allows all guests to relax and enjoy the day. We hope you understand and can make arrangements for childcare or family travel so you can join us for the celebration.

When should I arrive to Dublin?

Plan to arrive no later than Saturday afternoon. However, arriving Friday is encouraged!

Will all wedding events take place at Tankardstown House?

Yes, all wedding events, from the night before to the ceremony to late night, will take place on site at the venue, Tankardstown House.

What should I expect from a wedding in Ireland that might be different from one in the States?

Answer

Irish weddings move at a relaxed pace. After the ceremony, we’ll enjoy a drinks reception with canapés, followed by a five-course dinner, dancing, and late-night bites. The formal celebration concludes around midnight, with an after-party and DJ to follow. It’s a full day and night of celebrating!
