I forgot to RSVP, can I still come?

Unfortunately we've already confirmed final numbers with our venue and catering and are unable to accommodate last minute guest requests. We appreciate your understanding!
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 3:30 pm. To allow yourself enough time to find a seat, we kindly ask that you arrive to the zoo early. The ceremony is outdoors, near the restaurant (Map: #15 Grazers Lawn). Please feel free to explore the zoo before then!

Do I have to pay to get into the zoo?
Answer
Your entrance for the day is covered when you check in before 3 pm. Please tell the attendant that you are there for the Parkkari/Bartlett wedding. Feel free to come earlier and explore until the ceremony! If you run into any issues please call our wedding coordinator Jessy, (587) 443-1056

Is there parking?
Answer
There’s lots of parking available at the zoo, it will be $13/vehicle. We encourage you to take advantage of alternate transportation options like Uber/Taxi, or Calgary city transit so that you are not worried about joining in on the party and driving home!

What should I wear?
Answer
We want you to be comfortable! We will be going from the outdoor ceremony to the indoor reception, so it may be a good idea to wear layers. You’ll have an opportunity to roam the zoo before the ceremony and during the cocktail hour, there will also be dancing so you may want to wear/bring comfortable shoes. The suggested attire is Summer Cocktail for reference!

Can I bring a plus one?

While we would love to include your plus one(s) in our special day, our event will be by invitation only. We hope that you are still able to attend the celebration, and appreciate your understanding!

What's the bar situation?
Answer
There will be a cash bar opening at 4:30. Last call will be at 11:30. We’ll have white wine on the tables for dinner as well

Are you registered anywhere?
Answer
We're lucky to have more than what we need for our little apartment, and will not be creating a registry. Instead we kindly ask that any gifts please be directed towards our first home fund. We truly appreciate the support!
